A leaning tower of leaves |
It's a wild day out there today. The camera is rejecting its battery so I can't capture the wilderness on film. Poetry and prose will have to do, plus the internet. (Just got it working again):
Leaves lean sideways, exactly as if tugged by hand. Others are scattered about the grass and path below looking entirely storm-fatigued. The end of autumn means every colour of the autumn rainbow is represented in those last leaves, except perhaps for green. The autumn rainbow is almost prefereable to the dominant rainbow, except for no blues. I love the reds. Hold on, I have a photo of the reds...
